Join us at The River School for our next Open Event on Tuesday 30th June, 10:00am – 2:00pm. Whether you’re just beginning your child’s educational journey or considering a fresh start in primary or secondary, we warmly invite you to drop in and experience our unique learning environment. Take a guided tour, meet our passionate staff and welcoming students, and discover what makes our school community so special.
Set within a beautiful eight-acre riverside site, The River School offers space to explore, grow and thrive. From our nurturing nursery through to our inspiring secondary provision, we provide an education that values curiosity, confidence and connection. Come and see first-hand how we support every child to flourish and experience life in all its fullness - we’d love to show you what The River School can offer your child.
Open Afternoon
We invite prospective parents and pupils to join our Open Afternoon.
The River School offers quality Christian education to children aged 2 to 16. Starting in the Brook Nursery children then have the opportunity to join Reception Class and stay with us until they complete their GCSE’s at 16. All on one site we provide a welcoming family atmosphere with multiple generations now passing through the school.
The Open Morning will include a tour of the school, an introduction from Mrs Ellin our Headteacher, or another member of the Senior Leadership Team and plenty of opportunity for questions.
Tours commence at 13:30pm, booking is required and can be done by clicking the button below nor calling the School Office.
Please note that the School Office is open 8:15am - 3:45pm term-time only.
Open Morning
We invite prospective parents and pupils to join our first Open Morning of the academic year.
The River School offers quality Christian education to children aged 2 to 16. Starting in the Brook Nursery children then have the opportunity to join Reception Class and stay with us until they complete their GCSE’s at 16. All on one site we provide a welcoming family atmosphere with multiple generations now passing through the school.
The Open Morning will include a tour of the school, an introduction from Mrs Ellin our Headteacher, or another member of the Senior Leadership Team and plenty of opportunity for questions.
